ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

The complex nature of connection to Mother: How do we find our way when that connection is fundamentally changed due to death, or other circumstances that create a sense of loss if one's mother is still living?

Join us, post-Mother’s Day, to take a tender glimpse into the complex yet basic nature of the mother-child relationship and the interweaving of grief and loss. Ruth R. Williams, LCSW, Grief Counselor and Author of "Return to Mother, Returning Home," will gently guide you through a gentle exploration of that critical connection in our lives.

Positive or negative, nurturing or harmful, severed or everlasting, the bond between mother and child is one of the deepest links that exists. Whether your mother is still alive or not, whether you yourself are a mother or not, come along with us as we examine and explore this multifaceted relationship.
