September Meet Up And Eat Up Bob Berntein says
This month's notable Nashvillian will be Bob Bernstein. Bob moved to Nashville in 1988 to be a newspaper reporter and with a bad attitude about the city. He soon realized he liked the city and didn’t like the career choice. In 1993 he opened Bongo Java, which is now Nashville’s oldest and most honored coffeehouse. Bongo Productions LLC has since grown to include six retail and two wholesale operations — the most recent being Fenwick’s 300 in the Melrose neighborhood. He was a founding Board Member of Hands on Nashville, Nashville Prep and Cooperative Coffees and a Board Member of Nashville Film Festival and Nashville Farmer’s Market.

We will also be having the Elections Commission coming out to register our members to vote for the upcoming election.

Afterward we'll head to Old Glory (1200 Villa Pl.) for drinks & food.
