This will be a 4 week event.

Workouts will last for 1 hour and they will be full body workouts.

Everyone will need their own yoga mat, jump rope, 2 3-8 lbs weights, water, and towel.

All fitness levels are welcome you will never be judged only motivated to push yourself.

Bring a positive attitude and a smile.

Invite your friends and let's make this a amazing event plus we all know if you bring someone with you then you are 90% more than likely to complete the fitness camp.
