Want to learn some moves and tricks on the paddleboards? Try headstands, flips, cartwheels, and more with Built by Holly in her new SUP Fitness: Freestyle class. This, obviously, is not a beginner class. You must have previous SUP experience (such as our Intro to SUP class) to participate. Holly is a personal trainer so you should be prepared for a workout. And bring a towel. You will get wet.
