This class is a basic introduction to gymnastics…but on the water. The class is taught by a former Lipscomb cheerleader: Megan knows her stuff! You will work everything from balance techniques to handsprings and rolls. You MUST be comfortable with trying new things and falling in the water (you will get wet!). But you don't need to have paddleboarded before. Megan will cover basic water safety and paddle technique.
