Let's bring our community together, share the gift of yoga, and connect with likeminded peeps!
Our intention is to bring awareness to other studios and wellness centers that offer this gift so all may explore the varieties of study and practice. Yoga is such a gift and one I passionately enjoy sharing. I will have studio flyers, schedules, and information for community events at the meet ups and on our website:

City Park at Peristyle Pavilliion
46 Dreyfous Dr
New Orleans, LA

We will meet at the Peristyle Pavillion to practice. If it's occupied, then we shift over to the grass under the moss oak trees. If it rains, we still have practice under the covered space under Morning Call in the back.

What to bring:
Water bottle
Any props that you use
And a joyful heart
A friend, family member, your dog...

What type of yoga:
Vinyasa yoga.
In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next.
All levels. Everyone is welcome (especially beginners)
