Join us for the last class of our fermentation series: Mead-Making! Mead, aka honey wine, is thought to be the most ancient fermented food! Come learn how to make the original alcoholic beverage. Participants can make a 1/2 gallon of mead to ferment at home from local raw honey! (supplies fee - $15)

Taught by Lou Carrig
Fee: sliding scale $20-35 (plus additional supplies fee if taking mead home).
