Join us at Palace Café with cocktail historian Philip Greene, co-founder of the Museum of the American Cocktail and author of "To Have and Have Another" for an evening of rum and fine dining. Greene, a descendent of the Peychaud’s Bitters family, wrote "To Have and Have Another" in honor of the cocktails Ernest Hemingway described throughout a lifetime of novels & letters. Greene gives cocktail presentations and is a mixology consultant for restaurants all over the world.
