We are popping bottles over this delicious five course dinner designed by Foundation Room Executive Chef Nathan Winowich. Each course is expertly paired with a different Perrier-Jouët Champagne. $150 per person (plus tax and gratuity). No Loyalty Cards or gift certificates. DJ Jermaine Quiz starts at 10PM in The Lounge for a scintillating Saturday night.
