Visit Longue Vue for a screening of the “Rosenwald” documentary directed by Aviva Kempner. Learn the story of Julius Rosenwald, the son of an immigrant peddler who rose to head Sears, Roebuck & Co., and how he partnered with Booker T. Washington to build 5,400 schools in African American communities during the Jim Crow era.
