Join us for another Slow Fish "Bountiful Catch" Happy Hour as we have local chefs preapre delicious small plates of under-utllized seafood and craft cocktails. We will also be selling Gyo-Taku Japanese fish prints, such as the one pictured above. Gyo-Taku is a centuries old technique used by Japanese fishers to account for their catch. We wil have a brief chapter meeting following the happy hour as we continue to make plans for hosting Slow Fish 2016, March 10-13 at the Old US Mint and Docville Farm in Violet, LA. Invite your friends and come out to enjoy some Good, Clean & Fair Fish.
