Sommelier Brian Duncan will lead attendees through an interactive series of blind tastings to better understand the proper process and strategies needed for a successful food and wine pairing. Each guest will be given a flight of 6 wines to pair with 6 Louisiana shellfish dishes created by Dickie Brennan and Company chefs: Rene Bajeux of Palace Cafe and Gus Martin of Tableau.
