It’s hard to think of a better way to get your gang in the mood to embrace winter’s charms than having a Thanksgiving feast looking out on the skaters circling the iconic Rockefeller Center rink. The clean-lined spot is offering adults a three-course meal with eight entrée options, including braised short rib, rigatoni bolognese with lamb ragu, Atlantic salmon and a traditional roasted turkey dinner. Kids (under 11) can choose from turkey, chicken tenders, penne pasta, grilled cheese and more to celebrate their thankfulness. Kiddie desserts include an ice-cream pop or brownie sundae. $79, children under 11 $25. Reservations recommended.

The Eddy’s prix fixe Thanksgiving menu starts diners off with hot brown apple cider, pickled shrimp and cornbread canelé with apple butter and things only go up from there. Warm up with pumpkin soup before diving into your choice of roast turkey with sage or truffle risotto with mushrooms. Delicious pain d’espice with pear sorbet is the delicious cherry—erm, pear—on top. $85 per person, Thanksgiving dinner will served 1pm–8pm and reservations are available by phone only after 4pm daily.

Freemans is serving a 4-course traditional Thanksgiving dinner with all the fixings from 2pm–9pm. After starting off on hot artichoke dip, devils on horseback, green bean casserole and butternut squash soup, enjoy your turkey with mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts. Those who’d like to mix things up this Thanksgiving can opt for cauliflower steak or grilled trout. Finish the memorable meal with a dessert dish—pumpkin pie, sweet potato pie and sticky toffee pudding will have you all happily floating back to your beds. $90 per person (drinks and tax not included), children under 12 $50.

Families looking to escape the hot kitchen would do well to reserve a table here for their Thanksgiving meal. Turkeys from Pallman Farms and Bubby’s delicious pies make for a hearty family meal without the hassle of cooking. Starters include deviled eggs, veggies and buttermilk biscuits with homemade jam. Pile your plates high with turkey, cornbread sausage stuffing, candied sweet potatoes, fresh cranberry sauce and ambrosia, a delicious mix of fruits, coconut, mandarin segments and marshmallows. And when a place is known for its pies, you know there will be lots to choose from: apple whiskey crumble, pumpkin, sour cherry and organic pecan maple just to name a few! $75 per person, children under 10 $50, prices do not include drinks. The Thanksgiving menu here has lots to offer. Choose from eight different appetizers before going family-style on main courses like mashed potatoes with gravy, stuffing, sweet potato casserole, cranberry-orange chutney and, of course, organic roast turkey with oyster mushrooms and maple chestnut. Just remember to leave room for apple or pecan pie, pumpkin cream puff or chocolate icebox for dessert. $125 per guest, children 10 or under $55.
