It's beginning to look a lot like summer—free festivals and music concerts are popping up around the city, public pools are opening for the season and MoMA PS1's latest art installation is making its debut. Plus, there are tons of new exhibits hitting town, including a showcase of sculptures made entirely of Legos at Discovery Times Square.
