The spread of COVID-19 coronavirus has changed daily life for most of the people on the planet, whether you’re a key worker, in self-isolation or under lockdown. Parents especially are facing new challenges, like WTF to do with kids now schools all over the world have closed down for the foreseeable.

Suddenly found yourself trying to work from home AND home-school your kids? First thing’s first, we feel for you. It’s hard enough trying to keep ourselves sane. And secondly, here’s a thing that might help.

Personal trainer Joe Wicks, aka The Body Coach, is live streaming daily PE (Phys Ed) lessons to keep little ones active (and let’s be honest here, tire them out for the rest of the day).

The 30-minute PE lessons are being live-streamed on YouTube every day at 9am GMT, and are suitable for ‘kids of all ages’ according to Wicks. The classes kicked off today (March 23), with more than 806,000 households around the world tuning in.
