In October, this stalwart of Bushwick's gallery scene will be decamping for new digs in the nabe, so in a kind of goodbye/hello gesture, it's mounting concurrent group exhibitions: one to bid farewell to its current address, and the other to inaugurate its new home. The former is a three-person showcase of veteran painters—Jim Nutt, Jennifer Wynne Reeves and Donald Roller Wilson—who work outside of New York and share an irreverent approach, while the latter features a slate of young Brooklyn artists working in sculpture and mixed media.
