Time Out says

The title of this sculptural installation in MoMA’s collection is taken from the New Jersey town where a miraculous apparition of the Virgin Mary supposedly appeared in the second-floor window of an unassuming house. The event took place in September of 2000 in the apartment of Ramona and Marcelino Collado, where rainbowlike streaks in a pane of thermal glass suddenly formed an image of the Blessed Mother. The apartment became a religious shrine as scores of pilgrims flocked to the Collados’ living room to pray and touch the window. Harrison’s piece consists of a series of photos of the incident, along with a labyrinth of cardboard sheets harboring a number of found-object assemblages: One made up of a Marilyn Monroe bust sitting in a box; the other, a porcelain figure depicting a Chinese scholar contemplating a painted rock-like form. While Harrison calls the piece a meditation on the difference between seeing and looking, it also illuminates the confluence of faith and celebrity worship.
