Time Out says

Fat Albert, Valerie Brown from Josie and the Pussycats and other familiar Saturday-morning faces are the subject of this 1970s animated-art exhibit, presented by the online Museum of UnCut Funk. The 60-odd pieces are mostly from the 1970s, when black television characters began to be portrayed in a less stereotypical light.
