A Tijuana garage sale by way of the Upper East Side, this watering hole is cluttered with masks, lassos, piñatas and jalapeño lights. Though most of the young, raucous clientele is probably content with a bottle of Corona and a shot of Cuervo, there are 75 tequilas total to choose from (try the artisanal Oro Azul Anejo). Dedicated samplers can check out the half-off happy hour (weekdays 2–8pm).
