The Hollow Bar & Kitchen

Established in 2013, The Hollow is a unique addition to downtown Albany being a 4-star restaurant, craft beer bar and an awarded live music venue. Most recently, The Hollow's Chef, Anna Weisheit , was selected as a 'Rising Star Chef' Winner for the 2016 Albany Chef's Food & Wine Festival. Other notable accolades: Hudson Valley Magazine ‘20 Hidden Hudson Valley Landmarks’ in 2015 and ‘Best New Club’ for Metroland’s ‘Best of 2014’ list.
The Hollow is committed to working with local purveyors, creating original recipes for seasonal menus and reinventing the classics. Our Special Events team is adept at coordinating rehearsal dinners, showers, corporate functions, fundraisers, lunch and dinner parties. In the warmer months, The Hollow opens its sidewalk café and has received the reputation to be an ideal choice to have dinner pre-show, post-show or to solely be immersed in the hustle and bustle of historic downtown Albany.
