Beggars of Life

Wellman (The Public Enemy) directed this thriller in which It girl Louise Brooks hides out as a man (!) in a hobo commune run by Wallace Beery. Meanwhile, her homeless romantic interest, played by Richard Arlen, may turn out to be a gosh-darned no-goodnik!
