Storm Over Asia

Also known as The Heir to Genghis Khan, this visually spectacular Soviet silent film is about, well, the heir to Genghis Khan. Specifically, it concerns a Mongolian trapper who’s turned by the British into a puppet monarch. It screens with the director’s short “Chess Fever” (1925).
