They're a Weird Mob

Film Society of Lincoln Center , Upper West Side Saturday January 26 2013 12:00

And this is a weird movie. Italian comedy vet Walter Chiari plays a writer fooled into thinking that a high-paying magazine job awaits him in Australia. When he arrives Down Under, he's put to work as a bricklayer. The film was actually marketed with the tag line “The funniest film ever made about Australians!”
