A Night Out for the Philippines: Building a Village Together

High-flying chefs and bartenders—including Paul Liebrandt (the Elm), Andrew Carmellini (the Dutch) and Joaquin Simo (Pouring Ribbons)—band together with nonprofit group NYers for the Philippines to raise funds for survivors of Typhoon Haiyan. An eclectic walk-around tasting menu will be paired with custom cocktails, wine and beer. Items from the Culinary Institute, Lincoln Ristorante and more will go up for auction, and a DJ will spin dancey tunes throughout the evening.
