Dig into Yuji Ramen’s uni-miso mazeman, Tori Shin's chicken cha-shu and Keizo Shimamoto’s frenzy-inducing ramen burger, in addition to bottomless sips from Suntory whiskey, Brooklyn Brewery and Wine of Japan. Between bites, take part in a live soba-making demonstration from Soba-Ya and a silent auction, featuring items like a dinner for two at Gramercy Tavern and Morimoto knives.
