Julian Medina’s Pan-Latin eateries, Yerba Buena and Yerba Buena Perry, are busting out menu additions such as roasted-pork tacos ($13) and seafood-stuffed poblanos served with black bean puree and chili de arbol salsa ($23). If the tequila is more important to your celebrations than la comida, these twin downtown eateries will accommodate with special tipples. At the West Village spot, try the Centauro del Norte ($13) cocktail made with homemade grenadine, mole bitters, lime juice and a worm salt rim; at the Avenue A location, sip spicy jalapeño-infused tequilas or a margarita riff with reposado ($13).
