The Delights of Craft Beer & Japanese Cuisine

Brooklyn Brewery beer sensei Garrett Oliver will lead tasters through up to 20 Japanese selections at this craft-beer fest. Sip rarities including Ryujin Shuzo’s Ozeno Yukidoke IPA—brewed by a sake maker—as well as Brooklyn’s rich russet Kaedama Ale and the lemony Sorachi Ace. Bonus: Making their American debut will be two luxury Belgian-style strong ales: the sansho-spiced Kagua Rouge and the citrusy Kagua Blanc.
