During a cupping, different beans are brewed and then tasted black; you'll try four to five varieties at these sessions. Toby's Estate head roaster Deaton Pigot, along with coffee educators Ryan Wanslow and Dan Griffin, guide you through the cupping process and detail the origin and flavor profile of each brew.
