Little by little, the folks behind the annual Brooklyn-based Northside Festival have been revealing details about this summer's edition. Earlier this month, they released the first round of names from the lineup, including Sharon Van Etten and Titus Andronicus; now they've announced that Chvrches will play a free gig in McCarren Park. The Scottish electropop trio is scheduled to perform Sunday, June 15 at 4pm. It's one of two big gratis shows that weekend; Saturday's act has yet to be revealed.
