John Hébert, an excellent progressive-jazz bassist whose résumé includes work with Andrew Hill and Mary Halvorson, hits Joe's with a new project devoted to the Cajun-music tradition and its ties to French culture. Joining the native New Orleanian are pianist Benoît Delbecq and drummer Gerald Cleaver.
