Parkington Sisters + Tall Tall Trees

The four siblings comprising the Parkington Sisters make a pretty sweet sound, one that pulls together soul-pop singing (à la Adele) and Beatlesy melodies with bright arrangements that veer from poppy to folksy. At this Joe's show, the gals plug a new EP, Inside My Head. Opening up, locals Tall Tall Trees play low-key, rootsy throwbacks that would have found a nice place on the O Brother, Where Art Thou? soundtrack.
