Richard Marx

City Winery , Downtown Sunday December 9 2012 20:00
He's sold 30 million albums, but if you passed Richard Marx on the street, you'd probably keep walking. This is, of course, because in his power-ballad heyday, Marx sported an impressively volumized mullet. Although he'll be best remembered for such easy-listening '80s hits as "Right Here Waiting" and "Endless Summer Nights," Marx has continued to flourish in the music biz, both as a solo artist and as a songwriter-producer for Barbra Streisand, 'N Sync, Josh Groban and Keith Urban, to name a scant few.
