Ryan Truesdell's Gil Evans Project

Composer-producer Ryan Truesdell turned heads in 2012 with Centennial, an album of previously unrecorded works by the late large-ensemble jazz master Gil Evans. Expect to hear some of those pieces, as well as consummately lush, elegant Evans favorites, during this lengthy engagement, which celebrates Color Lines, a new live album recorded last year at Jazz Standard.
