This appealing and gutsy young Icelandic cellist celebrates the release of her debut recording, a Centaur disc of Britten's Solo Cello Suites, with this free recital. She'll play tracks off the disc, as well as one of the Bach Suites that inspired Britten and a new piece by Kendall Briggs.
