As all New Zealanders who want to make it in the music biz seem to do, Willy Moon flew the coop for London when he was just 17. Now 23, this hip-swiveling performer inspired a flurry of hype across the pond with his arresting—or jarring, depending on your stance—rockabilly-tinged pop, augmented with record scratches, and, in the case of "Yeah Yeah," soccer-style chants. Still, he must be floating someone's boat, because Apple picked up "Yeah Yeah" for a recent iPod campaign.
