In memory of Anne Saxelby, an icon in the New York City food scene, Chelsea Market will host a benefit for the fund named in her honor. The event will feature food from Saxelby's favorite chefs and artisans.
During the evening, you can roam Chelsea Market, closed especially for the event, while tasting 60 plates of exceptional food from the hands of the chefs themselves, as well as an array of specially curated cocktails, wines and beer. Food options, of course, will include cheese, as Saxelby was an ardent supporter of American cheeses.
