Time Out says

If the two ladies painstakingly filling and crimping dough squares in the front window doesn’t give it away, we will—this wood-wrapped industrial-style spot elevates mandoo, Korean dumplings, above mere appetizer status. Six varieties of the tasty morsels are offered here, filled with such delights as subtly piquant kim chee, juicy pork, succulent shrimp and vegetables. Try them miniaturized as in “baby mandoo,” swimming in a soothing beef broth or atop springy, soupy ramen noodles. Those who need a break from all the mandoo madness can slurp a variety of main dishes, including chewy rice noodles in a sweet, mouth-searing chili sauce and hearty bibimbap. Excellent green-tea ice cream—the sole confection here—makes a surprisingly sweet finish.
