The restaurant specializes in tabletop Korean barbecue, offering meats like kalbi short rib, prime ribeye, pork belly and soy-garlic chicken and a wide assortment of vegetables. Diners can order meats and veggies individually, or choose from one of the four combination platters. If you’re not hungry enough for a full barbecue feast, opt for a la carte dishes like spicy gochujang chicken wings, calamari tempura, Korean egg custard, traditional bibimbap and japchae. SandoBap also offers a few dishes from other Asian cuisines, like steamed bao, sushi rolls and poke bowls.
