Here at The Capital Bistro, we work hard to bring you the finest of NYS cheeses, breads, baked goods, meats, spirits, wines, and beer. We offer a variety of locally- raised meats and grown produce in order to keep our menu fresh and current with the season. If you have a food allergy, we are very accommodating and will make sure your food is tailored to you.
