Tygershark

Tygershark is the collaborative hospitality and lifestyle project of Douglas Hwang and Chef Eduardo Sandoval. The space was created to evoke scenes of a relaxed coastal environment featuring a curated selection of local makers from custom shaped surfboards to hand-made ceramic ware. The fare is an eclectically driven interpretation of New-Korean dishes with a specificity on local and sustainably sourced seafood.
