Time Out says

This working-class diner cranks out all sorts of filling Puerto Rican dishes, and almost every one comes with piles of rice and beans, plus bread. There’s no menu (and no telling what’s going to be offered on any given day), but no matter: Maybe you’ll end up with a plate of pulled roasted pork—crisp and slightly smoky—tossed with onions and peppers and served with lime wedges. Or maybe a thin steak topped with onions. Many of the Spanish-speaking diners are regulars who know exactly what they want, so just tell the server you’ll have what they’re having.
