Vital is a Jamaican restaurant presented with a gourmet flair. Fresh juices and natural organic ingredients are the backbone of the Vital menu. Everything is made from scratch in house and is fresh (never frozen); all meats are grass fed and hormone free. Chef Kwame embraced his Jamaican heritage by creating vibrate and flavorful vegan dishes and creative new takes on traditional staples. Our goal is to introduce flavors and combinations that fuel and inspire a positive lifestyle.
