Time Out says

Previously, you could order Alexander West’s custom-fit shirts only by making an appointment to visit his Soho showroom. But that all changed when the designer opened his first shop-in-a-shop at small luxury department store Thérapie. Climb the staircase to the third floor, and grab a seat at the wooden counter to begin designing. Choose from more than 1,000 patterns and fabrics, and get your measurements taken by an in-house tailor. If you don’t have time to stay for the full consultation and measuring service (which takes about 30 to 45 minutes), bring in your favorite shirt, and an exact replica can be made in the fabric of your choice ($105–$195). Lazy folks will appreciate that there’s no pickup necessary: All tops are delivered to your pad (one shirt $15, 12 shirts $45) three to five weeks after placing an order. For a business look, try cotton button-up shirts with thin colorful lines ($145) and pastel-hued styles ($195). Or choose casual weekend wares, such as bright gingham button-up shirts ($195) and lightweight bird-print tops ($170).
