The folks of Nachos NY (nachosny.com), a blog devoted to discovering the city’s best nachos, has concocted its own decadent recipe: one part cruise ship, three parts rockin' (the Beets, North Highlands and Dry Feet) and a whole lot of dip from the champions of the May contest, Guactacular 2010.
