Time Out says

Permanent-makeup artist May Lee started with just two chairs when she launched JJ Eyelashes in 2007 and quickly had to relocate in order to accommodate the high demand for her lash-lengthening services ($120–$180). The larger, violet-walled space boasts ten chairs where expert technicians (all thoroughly trained by Lee) apply synthetic, precurved falsies one at a time while clients listen to serene music and relax with a complimentary foot and hand massage. The lashes last anywhere from 20 to 60 days, but if you’re looking for a more enduring beauty fix, book an appointment with Lee so she can apply permanent upper and lower eyeliner ($250 each), lip liner ($400) and full lip color ($800) that you won’t have to reapply for up to five years. Lee can even create a beauty mark ($60) in case you’ve always wanted one like Cindy Crawford’s. Commitmentphobes can opt for regular manicures ($18–$60) and pedicures ($40–$120) instead.
