The brick walls display photos of Mills’s past customers, friends and employees modeling her creations, and the racks showcase her eponymous designs. Look for fashionable one-pieces such as bright single-shoulder styles ($335) or floral suits with removable straps ($375). Busty gals who struggle to find truly supportive tops will be thrilled to discover vibrant D cups lined with sturdy underwire ($205). In addition to the water wares, you can take home Mills’s ready-to-wear line of apparel and accessories, including sheer, convertible dresses ($325), brightly hued hammock bags ($225) and snap belts ($125), which she recommends wearing over your bathing-suit bottom for an edgy twist. If nothing fits your body right, Mills will custom-make you a style, which guarantees no boob spillage on the beach ($50 for fitting plus the cost of the suit).
