Time Out says

Stylist-turned-designer Victoria Bartlett pioneered the underwear-inspired outerwear look with VPL (Visible Panty Line), her collection of high-end sportswear modeled after the delicate fabrics found in undergarments. For VPL’s first-ever storefront, Bartlett chose a loftlike space with sky-high ceilings and exposed-brick walls reminiscent of an old-timey gym. Be prepared to spend a pretty penny at this high-end shop—a scoop-neck sweater will cost you $295—but the top-notch craftsmanship and luxurious materials are worth the splurge. Though the store carries an array of actual underwear, including sporty bandage bras ($85) and matching panties ($75), look for shimmery patch leggings ($275), super-soft draped T-shirts ($245) and chunky oversize cardigans ($495) that could fit you or your boyfriend. Beyond clothes, the shop carries Interview magazines from the ’80s ($30), shoes by LD Tuttle ($400–$575) and several jewelry lines, including designs by Lizzie Fortunato and Jaclyn Mayer ($200–$350).
