The Berenstain Bears Live in Family Matters the Musical

Manhattan Movement & Arts Center , Upper West Side Sunday January 5 2014 11:00

The woodland family that starred in more than 300 books by Stan and Jan Berenstain gets the stage treatment in a tuner that adapts three of them: The Berenstain Bears Learn About Strangers, The Berenstain Bears and Too Much Junk Food and The Berenstain Bears' Trouble at School. Composer and lyricist Michael Borton and Michael Slade, who's written almost a dozen TheatreworksUSA hits, wrote the book. Each performance ends with a dance party, face painting and photo ops with the bears. Note that the show is playing at a new venue. Ages 3 to 8.
