Comedians for hearing-impaired audiences have kept their jokes clean and safe for far too long. On Wed 21 and Nov 23, deaf funnymen Jason Norman and Doug Ridloff will push, prod and otherwise violate the boundaries of decency with their American Sign Language in the Raw sketch show at Comix (353 W 14th St, 212-524-2500). Don’t worry about not getting the jokes—an interpreter will be on deck to help translate the raunch (and wash the comics’ hands out with soap).
Seven of the eight sign language expressions in this quiz are filthy and one is clean. Can you guess which is PG-rated, and how they all translate?
