Time Out says

Author and gastronome Robin Shulman, who penned NYC-food-history book Eat the City, leads this walking tour. You’ll learn about the culinary history of the neighborhoods surrounding the High Line, from 19th-century farmers’ markets to the days when the Meatpacking District was a place where meat was actually packed. The jaunt finishes amongst the food stands that set up shop in the park between 15th and 16th Streets. The exact meeting location is disclosed with ticket purchase.
